Regular Enrollment Process
This has been updated to reflect the changes due to COVID-19.
Step 1: Registration
To begin, please complete the enrollment form below. You will be required to attach the student's birth certificate and proof of residency as part of this initial step. After submission, this will be submitted as a request to enroll. You will be contacted shortly following submission. If you need help while filling this out, please either chat or email email@example.com.
Step 2: Paperwork
The school office will ask you to send any documentation not submitted in Step 1 and then we will mail out the necessary paperwork to be processed. This should be mailed back (as soon as possible) when completed.
Step 3: Meeting/Finalization
Once we have received the documentation, we will schedule a virtual conference call with you. During this call, we will confirm information, previous schools, behavior, and other information to process the enrollment.
After the call, our Admissions team will review the information and inform you of approval of decline within 24-72 hours via email.
